I am also in serach of short cuts of compare plugin without them i think thie plugin is worthless if files being compared are too large.

Yea, I use this plug-in too and I agree that it's completely awesome. Like delcroix mentioned in the first comment, a list of shortcuts would be cool. Also, I see these little red square boxes next to some of the lines when I compare. Any idea what that means?

Just drag the DLL into the Notepad++/plugins directory
To use, simply open the two files you wish to compare, click Plugins > Compare > Compare.
